Summary

Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to support our warehouse operations and activities. Responsibilities include storing materials, taking deliveries, sorting items, picking and packing.

The purpose is to increase efficiency, profitability, and free up our front of house team so they can focus on delivering a quality customer experience in the store.
Duties include:
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label)
Taking deliveries
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
Complete diary logs into inventory
Report any discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Be able to follow detailed instructions and remain organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.
This work can be physically strenuous and involves a lot of manual handling. A good state of physical health is needed.
Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner, and adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
Ensuring all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
Perform cleaning duties and general housekeeping as required.

You don’t need to have any specific experience (although this is preferred). We look for candidates who are reliable and ‘all-rounders’ who wish to extend their skills and experience.
