Summary
The post holder is an autonomous practitioner, responsible for provision of specialised assessment, treatment, intervention and discharge planning of patients referred to the service. Responsible for managing a caseload of patients in community, and onward referral and discharge. This is a community Physio service that works closely with colleagues in the BWD OT team
