Summary
Provide a safe, pleasant environment for patients, visitors and staff by carrying out plant cultivation, grass cutting, litter picking, sweeping, roof clearing and gutter cleaning and general estates maintenance (or development) duties, including participation in the winter measures gritting/snow clearing rota. Ensuring the standards of hard and soft landscaping cleanliness are maintained at the highest level throughout the properties maintained by the CHoICE Facilities Services. During periods of inclement weather, we are required, at short notice to carry out snow clearing and gritting duties, to provide a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. This can be at short notice and at unsociable hours, to be responsive.
