Summary
Part Time Administrator / Helpdesk - FM Provider - Southampton - £14.50 per hour
CBW is currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator / Helpdesk looking to take on the next challenge in Facilities Management. One of our key clients is looking for a hardworking, ambitious individual to work in a team.
Hours of Work / Details:
- 09:00am to 13:00pm (4 hours a day)
- Monday to Friday
- Part Time
Key Duties:
- Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
- Check and maintain FM Inbox
- Schedule reactive and help desk call outs.
- To review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers.
- Using Concept Evolution system
- Support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration & delivery of departmental objectives
- Attending to queries should they arise
- General administration support
- Raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks
- Organisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- It proficient
- CAFM Concept experience
