7 x Morning calls 6 45 am-9.15 am 1 x PA.
7 x Morning calls 6 45 am-7 45 am 1 x PA. to meet up with 2nd PA.
5 X Afternoon calls Monday to Friday 2.15 pm -4 15 pm 1 x PA
7 X Evening calls 10 30 pm- 11pm 1 X PA
2 x shower call 1 x 2 hours 1 x hour 1 X PA > days to be agreed at interview.
4 x Hours Social Domestic at the weekend 1 X PA. To be discussed at the interview.
Vacancies: 4 x Vacancies.
Further Information: this post is for various hours to support a young woman in the HU9 area. PA will need to be able to support with Transfers from bed to Wheelchair to chair, personal care, Hair washing and dress ready for the day, toileting, nutritional, and drink preparation will also be required. The PA will also be required to support with putting callipers on and taking them off.
The evening call will require a PA to support with getting ready for the night and into bed.
Some domestic tasks will also be required.
Social time and support in the community will be needed at weekends to access the community taking the young woman and her daughter out.
The role of the PA will also need to support the daughter ensuring a pack up is made in a morning and to escort to and from school on some occasions.
