- Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure we are true partners in their business
- Ensure smooth planning of the contract and resources to deliver a first-class food and beverage service
- Lead, recruit, appraise & develop your team
- Ensure the contract is fully compliant with company policies and procedures
- Deliver on the agreed financial budget and contractual arrangements
- Using your leadership skills to create a thriving and successful working environment
- A successful background in Contract Catering/Hospitality/Retail Catering
- Excellent leadership skills
- Great communication skills - written & oral communication
- A good understanding of report writing and financial management
- An analytical approach to problem solving
- A passion for food and customer service
- Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility - proven track record in managing P&L and achieving budgets
- IT literate
