The school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join their science department on a permanant basis. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for science, a strong command of the subject matter, and the ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons that captivate and challenge students across different age groups.
• Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages scientific inquiry and critical thinking.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the science department.
• Actively participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related field).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrated experience as a Science teacher on a secondary school level.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay current with educational best practices.
