School Librarian
Part time, Temporary
32 hours per week,
Salary: £19,445 per annum
Location: Waterlooville
My clients are looking to recruit a hardworking, well qualified, innovative, and committed School Librarian to give KS3 students library sessions.
Your responsibilities include:
• Manage the running of the library
• Maintain the cleanliness of the library and it’s books and Computers
• Actively encourage students to use the library and take part in events such as, Red nose day and World book day
Ideally candidates will have:
• Ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential
• Experience in the subject area, and of planning and assessment of pupil learning
• Recent experience working as a School Librarian to the UK curriculum
• Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with staff, pupils and parents
• A current enhanced DBS certificate
