Summary


We are advertising a new and exciting role as a Band 3 administrator/receptionist within the Royal Free Hospital London NHS Foundation Trust. Working within the Surgical Directorate (Pre op, Endo & Day Surgery) Service, based at the Chase Farm Hospital. The post holder will be required to provide high quality administrative support covering full time hours.


Shifts will vary from the below on a rota basis.
7:00am – 15:00pm
8:00am – 16:00pm
10:00am – 18:00pm

We are looking for a full time administrator/receptionist to work within the surgical directorate. You will play a pivotal part in our patients journey, working alongside a team of nurses & doctors as well as many other professions.

The post-holder must play a proactive role in collecting, investigating, verifying, and recording a high standard of patient demographic and treatment data. The post holder must accurately and in a timely manner enter such information on the computerised patient information system, to ensure that the trust receives the appropriate level of income for patient activity.

The post-holder must undertake effective forward planning, to ensure that the administrative needs of the service are met and must carry out a range of effective administration processes to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
