At Teaching Personnel, we work alongside multiple Primary schools in Worthing and surrounding areas in West Sussex who have noticed a need for Learning support assistants. We are searching for enthusiastic individuals who are available to provide a high standard of support for their pupils. As a Learning support assistant, you will be required to help develop their confidence and academic progress. If you hold experience working in education, childcare or care sector we would love to hear from you!

The ideal candidate
- Level 3 Qualified within education or childcare (adavantageous but not essential)
- Experience supporting at least 1 Key stage
- Dedicated to making a difference to children's learning
- Confident in behaviour management
- Be a team player
- Child DBS on the update service (Teaching Personnel can assist with this)
- Be a proactive and enthusiastic individual.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
