Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse project plans, specifications, and requirements to create comprehensive estimates.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive and fair pricing.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate potential project risks.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality estimates.
- Assist in the preparation of compelling tender documents and proposals.
Engage in post-tender negotiations and clarifications to secure project success. - Monitor project costs continuously and provide regular updates to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Innovate and improve our estimating processes and techniques for better efficiency and accuracy.
