We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Systems Implementation Project Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Systems Implementation Project Manager will be to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of complex systems, providing our organisation with innovative solutions that drive business excellence.
Other responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Head of Projects and wider Project Teams to facilitate the successful implementation of software solutions across the business.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, budget, timeline, and resource allocation, to guide the implementation process effectively.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships to understand their unique needs and expectations.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, support, and motivation to ensure project objectives are met.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge sharing and project transparency.

Our ideal candidate must:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Prince 2, Agile or other relevant certifications and/or proven experience in managing complex systems implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and achieving results
- Proven experience in the implementation of Time and Attendance/Rostering and HR solutions is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
