Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager to be based from Stansted City, in this role you will ensure the safe day to day operation of the depot, ensuring all KPIs are met and all SLA’s are adhered to.
The shift pattern will be 4 days on and 4 days off, working rotating hours from 06.00 to 16.00 and 12.00 to 22.00.
What you'll do...
- Provide customer information and exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist with passenger enquiries and requests from MAG
- Maintain a good, safe driving record, operating with legal requirements such as vehicle defect forms and driving regulations.
- Ensure all vehicle defects and accidents are reported in line with company procedure.
- Ensure the cleanliness of all vehicles is kept to a high standard during duties.
- Ensure high standards are maintained in line with National Express and MAG guidelines as per the contractual obligations
- Carry out additional duties as requested by your Manager including weekly reporting
What you'll need...
- Must hold a valid PCV Licence with no more than 3 penalty points
- Previous team management experience and working with HR processes
- Bus experience preferably in a car park setting and be able to hold an airside security pass and driving permit (Training given). This will require a 5 year security check.
- Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of written and spoken English
- Ability to work without close supervision landside and airside where applicable
- Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to deal with people effectively and with ease with a clear focus on attendance and performance of the driving team
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced working environment
- A proactive and flexible attitude
