Summary

FM Conway is currently seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our Consultancy division. We have opportunities for the successful candidate to be based from our Victoria office. The role is full time, permanent and offers a competitive salary and wide range of benefits.

As our Technical Lead you will hold a position that will make you the point of contact for Westminster City Council and other Council Officers about projects that FM Conway Consultancy Services is undertaking.

The duties of the Technical Lead will include:

- Representing FMC at the regular contract meetings that take place such as fortnightly meeting with Westminster City Council

- Working with our operational divisions, to ensure the continuity and high standard of schemes from design to delivery

-Overseeing the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) programme.

- Assisting Team Leaders with workload/resource planning

- Providing technical support including reviewing and approval of design drawings

What skills and experience do you need?

We are ideally looking for a Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer with significant experience of highway engineering and urban design within a consultancy environment. Experience of working closely with clients and contractors build teams is essential.

You will also need to be familiar of working with local government and private sector clients, and you will have good working knowledge of different contract types including NEC3.
