Summary

Location: Rowley Hall Hospital Hours: 37.5 per week, Full-time Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits Rowley Hall Hospital are currently recruiting for a Hospital Engineer to join the team. The working shifts are Monday to Friday and candidates applying are expected to have a level of flexibility as we have out of hours on-call included 1 in every 3 weeks. What you'll do Ensure legal compliance through planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across site The provision of Engineering Maintenance and breakdown support to the hospital Provide competent Technical, Health, Safety and Environmental support & assistance Lead and support the Engineering team in carrying out their role Review fault logs and allocate appropriate resources to each task within area of responsibility What you'll bring with you Experience in line managing in a Maintenance Environment City & Guilds Part 3, HNC, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of Legionella prevention requirements within hospital buildings Demonstrated high level of organisation & time management skills, particularly in an environment with multiple, and sometimes conflicting priorities Sound fault finding techniques Desirable Skills AP / MGPS Medical Gases AP / D Decontamination IOSH Health and Safety / Risk Assessment training L8 / ACOP Legionella training What we give back to you Competitive salary 25 days' annual leave + 8 bank holidays Contributory Pension Scheme Private Healthcare Life Assurance and other employee benefits Ongoing training and development Free parking and subsidised staff restaurant About us We're Ramsay Health Care UK.
