We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to promote positive behaviour across the whole school. 30 hours per week, term time only. C1, Points 12-17. Salary: £26,421 -£28,770 (Actual Pro-Rata Salary: £18,205-£19,824.)We are looking for a confident, positive Behaviour Mentor to promote positive behaviour across the whole school. The role involves supporting children in lessons and responding to provide bespoke support to pupils and colleagues as needed. You will be a crucial part of our Inclusion Team to help our children overcome barriers to learning. You MUST have experience and/or training for this key role. To work under the instruction and guidance of teaching and/or senior staff. To support teachers and senior staff in addressing the needs of all pupils but especially those pupils who need particular help with behaviour management to overcome barriers to learning. Establishing productive working relationships with pupils and acting as a role model. All the duties outlined are carried out under the direction and supervision of the leadership team.
