Summary

Office AdministratorAre you an enthusiastic friendly Officer Administrator looking for a role which is part-time? We can offer a role working 32.5 hours during term time and 25 hours during the holidays. This post will require someone with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We for a confident personality who can cope under pressure and deal with the day-to-day operations of a vibrant business both working on their own and within a team offering excellent customer service. They must be excellent communicators both written and verbal.
Key Accountabilities include:
Responsible for undertaking general office administration duties including answering the telephone and responding to daily emails and queries.
Answering and taking bookings and payments via the online booking system dealing with booking difficulties, monitoring cancellations and waiting lists of sold-out activities.
Produce accurate daily registers in time for staff to take to the relevant settings.
Responsible for all reception duties, welcoming visitors, meeting and greeting children, booking in and out of sessions and ensuring the safe handover of children to the designated adult collecting them.
Setting up systems and processes to ensure the administration service is delivered in a smooth and efficient manner.
Responsible for ensuring all site supplies are ordered and available for use and kept in a tidy organised manner.
Responsible for organising H&S walk rounds and recording results on internal system.
Responsible for taking bookings for the site and ensure premises are ready and fit for purpose.

Proven experience as an Office Administrator
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Outstanding communication skills, email, telephone, verbal
