Summary
Requirements
5 year industrial experience in working with electronic systems.
Good understanding of electronic circuits and able to read schematic diagrams.
Good verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical matters clearly and concisely with an excellent use of the English language.
Able to use hand tools, solder components, crimp cables and use electronic test equipment.
Good problem-solving skills, able to readily learn the application, configuration and operation of technical products
HND or higher level in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or similar.
Job Description
Support our OEM customers with new and existing products.
Advise on how to use our products, their applications and configuration.
Contact with customers by email, phone, Teams as required
Issue Customer Technical Bulletins on product changes
Maintain a customer support database.
Specify, prepare and send product samples and accessories to our customers and prospective customers.
Support customers in the use of our configuration software and mobile applications.
Help investigate product returns and failure analysis and provide reports to customers.
