Exciting opportunities have arisen within IT at ML, and we are looking for Project Engineers to join the IT Team

The role primarily is to assist on a number of high-profile IT projects such as Apps for Enterprise rollout for both internal and external clients alongside supporting existing services and technologies.

The ideal candidates will have In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating systems and MS Office Suite. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills, hand’s on experience in desktop technologies and refresh programmes.

The successful candidates should have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a very dynamic environment coupled with commitment to provide an efficient and effective service.

The post is primarily based in Wirral with a requirement to travel across both ML and Clients where required in both Cheshire & Lancashire. Driver with own vehicle is essential and be able to work flexible hours with the possibility of weekend work.

As a successful applicant you will have operational experience of working in an ITIL based IT operations environment, essentially within an IT infrastructure setting.

You must have a methodical, yet flexible approach to your work and be able to exercise responsible judgment alongside being well organised and highly motivated.

You will need to have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a very dynamic environment coupled with commitment to provide an efficient and effective service is essential.

Knowledge of working within the NHS and its systems would be beneficial but not essential.
