We have an exciting opportunity for Band5/6 Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse / ODPto help us Support the GIRFT Accredited Surgical Hub for North Central London (NCL)

Chase Farm Hospital is seeking dynamic people to join our team in Theatres.

Chase Farm Hospital opened 6 years ago and is an exciting place to work, with dedicated elective surgery theatres including day surgery areas and recovery that supports 8 theatres, one of which is a Barn theatre complex. The Barn Theatre is a large room with 4 theatres with no dividing walls, this is the new design for ultra-clean theatres for elective orthopaedic procedures.

We have become the North London Orthopaedic Centre / Hub which is exciting times for learning and developing skills in Orthopaedics.

Chase Farm Hospital is a fully elective and most digitally advanced hospital site in the UK, supporting the following specialities.

Orthopaedic, Urology, Gynaecology, Oral Max Fax, ENT, General Surgery, Ophthalmology and vascular.

We are looking for motivated and dynamic people who can support our Theatre teams whiles also developing your own skills to ensure progressive training is happening to help staff with promotions in the future.

Working shifts as a bank nurse across wards and departments as part of the multidisciplinary team, in a variety of clinical settings to deliver the highest quality care to our patients, in line with our trust values

As an accountable bank nurse you will be responsible for delivering excellent care to an allocated group of patients providing total patient care, for each clinical area you work on.

The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.

He/she is expected to teach unqualified staff.

with all key members of the multi-disciplinary team and
service users related patients
