Summary
The Best Connection are delighted to recruit for their client in the Ince in Makerfield (WN2) area of Wigan.
To work Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm (40 hours per week)
A Team leader is required to lead and inspire a team of fitters, driving excellence in craftsmanship, efficiency and safety. By providing guidance, training and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Together you will create exceptional modular solutions that exceed their expectations.
We Need:
Strong leadership skills, technical expertise in maintenence repairs, technical expertise and the use of power tools.
Effective communication abilities to liase with operatives and stakeholders. Proactive problem solving capabilities to address challenges. Flexibility and dedication to health and safety.

- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
