Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work one-on-one with pupils aged 4-16 at a through school located in BD9, Bradford. This long-term role is available to start as soon as possible!

- Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs

- De-escalate challenging behaviour through the formation of trusting relationships
- Must have recent and relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND
- Must have a passion for education
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
