Summary
Are you a resilient individual with a passion for supporting children or individuals with challenging behaviour?
Do you have experience working with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs, either from the care sector or in the classroom?
We are currently collaborating with a specialised alternative provision setting that focuses on providing tailored and supportive experiences to pupils with various Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs.
This school's primary aim is to enable all children to live remarkable lives, offering specialised provisions specific to various pupil needs, including:
- Opportunities for Outdoor Learning
- Specialised 1-1 or group support when required
- ASC Supportive Strategies
- Behavioural Plans and Medical Support

Requirements:
- Have previous experience working with challenging behaviours, either in a classroom environment or from a care and support background
- Be confident and possess excellent communication skills
- Work collaboratively with the learning support team
Safeguarding children and young people is at the heart of what we do, and we undertake checks on all the candidates we work with. As such, all post holders are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. If you do not have a subscription to the DBS Update Service, you may be required to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process. We offer all our registered candidates free safeguarding and prevent duty training.
