We are thrilled to collaborate with a SEN Secondary school in Reigate, recruiting on their behalf for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support their KS3 and KS4 pupils who have a diverse range of support needs.
The school boasts excellent support mechanisms and facilities for their staff, creating a wonderful and rewarding environment that is reflected in their outstanding Ofsted results.
This SEN Teaching Assistant role offers a highly competitive rate of pay of £85 - £90 per day, with working hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
The working days are Monday to Friday, during term time only.
Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant role include:
- Providing support mainly on a 1:1 basis and occasionally in small groups.
- Utilising your experience in effective behaviour management.
- Ensuring all tasks delegated by the teacher are carried out in a positive manner.
- Having previous experience of working in a classroom setting.
- Being willing to participate in lunchtime cover.
- Any experience of running your own interventions is advantageous.
