Summary


We have a permanent 37.5 hours position and a Secondment part time, 34.8 hours position available

Applicants with current experience within Cardiology essential. Required to fulfil all aspects of the role and flexibility to cover all service hours to ensure full service can be provided.

The post holder is responsible for the provision of high quality, patient focused care

Responsible for assessing, developing and implementing specialist nursing care programmes

Responsible for providing specialist advice and support to, and liaising with, other staff
