Summary

We are looking for Team Administrator to join our 2nd line Risk Team on a full-time, permanent basis. Strong administration, planning, and organisation skills are most definitely required and financial services admin experience would also be desirable but not essential. In return, you will receive a competitive starting salary of up to £23,500 per annum.

Your key responsibilities:


Supporting the head of department with diary management, travel planning and general administrative tasks.
Arranging and organising monthly risk meetings, including production of meeting packs and minuting those meetings.
Supporting the 2nd line risk team (of which most work remote) in gathering, collating, and formatting Management Information into accurate, up to date reports covering a variety of topics and trends, for analysis by executives and committees.
Supporting the 2nd line risk team and head of department with various other ad hoc, general administrative tasks.
