Summary
One of my clients are on the lookout for a painter/decorator on one of their large commercial sites in London. This role is suitable for somebody looking to work as part of a wider team with good experience in painting and decorating in commercial environments.
Duties
- Maintaining the aesthetics of the building in all landlord/tenant areas - ensuring there are minimal cosmetic defects across the building
- Working independently to finish large/small painting jobs
- Assisting wider fabric maintenance team with ad-hoc fabric maintenance tasks when required
Requirements
- Min 5 years experience in painting/decorating
- C&G in Painting & Decorating
