We have an excellent opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Senior Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team, where you’ll play a key role in achieving our strategic goals.
As our Senior Management Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of our finance operations, overseeing the accounting records of our FMG business. Reporting into our UK&I Management Accounting Manager, you’ll lead a small team of Accountants, drive the development of our finance function, and ensure delivery of our objectives.

About you
First and foremost, you’re a fully qualified CCAB registered Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience.
You have proven experience in managing and mentoring a team.
You excel in getting the best out of your team members through strong hands-on coaching and performance management.
You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
Your strong organisational and project management skills allow you to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects effortlessly.
You have a detailed understanding of controls and governance frameworks and excel in stakeholder management, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly.
