To provide a specialist Occupational Therapy Service to Neuropatients as delegated and directed by the Stroke OT TeamLead / Clinical Specialist OT in Neuro Rehab.

To be responsible for a delegated caseload of patients, toassess patient needs, plan intervention and evaluate patientcare within objectives, protocols and procedures of theservice.

To promote integrated, multidisciplinary working practices thatsupports a seamless transition of care.

To support the Team Lead OT, Clinical Specialist OT in Neuro Rehab, Professional Lead OT and Service Manager with service development, helping to implement policy and policy changes and to set and monitor standards of practice.

To delegate work to and assist in the supervision of band 5 OT, OT apprentice and OT support staff, providing training as required
