We’re looking for an Energy and Utilities Manager to play a pivotal role in managing our utilities spend and suppliers at Haven. With our strong focus on business growth, sustainability, and cost efficiency, this role presents a unique chance to make a significant impact.

You will report on Haven's utilities spend, manage suppliers and identify areas for improvement.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Leading monitoring, reporting, and efficiency optimisation.
- Quantifying carbon consumption for informed decisions
- Tailoring reports for stakeholders and create consumption league tables
- Managing budgets, procurement, and compliance seamlessly
- Excelling in SLA management and issue resolution.
- Fuelling growth by meeting obligations and supporting procurement strategies


What we'd like you to bring:
- Utilities market and supply chain management expertise
- Power BI/Tableau proficiency
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- A track record in influencing and negotiation
- Multi-site business experience
