Purpose of the Role:
Fundamentally, the Implementation Project Management team ensures successful, best-in-class delivery of our software while having
sights set on ways to optimise and scale client delivery. You'll be on the front lines in a dynamic role, and you will serve as
the interface between our clients and our internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales), throughout a client project life-cycle.
You will be a member of a small team delivering Meddbase to our first Australian clients. Your focus will be to track project
deliverables successfully and to deliver them on time and within agreed acceptance and quality criteria. You will be adept at
building client relationships and managing stakeholders of all types from executives to technical users. You will manage medium to
large scale system implementation projects which typically can last anywhere from 2 to 10 months and involve complex development
and system configuration.
Experience handling the full Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC) from requirements to delivery and within the healthcare
industry is essential. You will be required to project manage all your client projects in accordance with company project
governance, resources and to strict timelines.
As an experienced and senior member of the team, you will help evolve the Meddbase implementation methodology and drive client
satisfaction as well as helping mentor others in the team. You will be required to regularly report on your own and the wider
portfolio of projects to the Head of Client Delivery.
This role requires a high degree of understanding of technical terminology and a keen desire to learn our product functionality is

Responsibilities:
* Managing the day-to-day client interactions, client expectations, issues, risks, and all project life-cycle activities.
* Ensuring that all client-related project artifacts are stored and maintained regularly, including project reports, RACI and
logs as required.
* Creating and maintaining project deliverables across the project life-cycle.
* Implementing engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures in accordance with IT methodology to ensure profitable and
successful execution.
* Ensuring clear change control procedures are in place and adhered to and in alignment with client requirements.
* Drive Client feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams and help prioritise product requirements.
* Ensuring the clear communication of client requirements as/when required to the MMS implementation, design, development, and
testing teams.
* Attending necessary corporate and client meetings and working with other team members to ensure projects are delivered within
senior management directives.
* Facilitating client meetings to provide progress updates and reviews.
* Build effective working relationships with clients and mediate in meetings and discussions to manage differing personalities.
* Willingness to travel regularly.
Person specification
Experience:
* 1+ years of relevant IT experience in the healthcare sector.
* Experience delivering end-to-end B2B software solutions externally, including SaaS solutions for large enterprise clients.
* Experience with managing complex development essential.
* Experience in Project Management with a very good understanding of the SDLC.
* Track record of solving problems identified throughout the SDLC.
* Knowledge of the practices and procedures of project management. Articulate and capable of producing high quality project
documents, client outputs and reports.
* Project Management certification or equivalent e.g. PRINCE2 or Agile.
Key Skills
* A natural ability to quickly establish rapport with colleagues and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to small
and large clients, including stakeholders of all levels and in a professional manner via phone, email and in person.
* Strong practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office products and suite, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, and
SharePoint.
* Team player, highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in a technical environment.
* Positive attitude and willingness to be hands-on in a fast-paced growing company.
* A high level of attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and reliability.
* Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge of the Meddbase product.

Working hours are 9:00 am - 5.30 pm (Eastern Standard Time) with an hour for lunch. You will not be expected to work extremely
long hours, as so often happens in software companies. We prefer the approach of ‘it’s a marathon not a sprint’, so we actively
