Working alongside experienced specialists, you’ll learn all about the applications portfolio that supports the Corporate IT services we use in day-to-day business operations and the Operational Technology that keeps our roads safe and running smoothly. You’ll discover how we work with suppliers to monitor performance and availability of applications, how we manage configuration and access to applications, as well as their ongoing development and improvement.

In this role you’ll be highly customer-focussed, ready to support stakeholders and users to get the best from our applications portfolio and always looking for ways to enhance the user experience.

As well as gaining valuable experience in a unique and exciting environment, you’ll complete a Level 4 Applications Support Lead qualification, which is aligned with BCS the Chartered Institute for IT and opens the door to many digital and IT career opportunities.
