Summary
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Youth Development Workers to work with young people who are on the edge of school exclusion, or young people who have mental health issues or who are involved in serious youth violence. This is a frontline role where you will spend the majority of your time working with young people, building relationships with them through the delivery of mentoring 1-1 and group mentoring support and our programme of weekly activities that includes football, basketball, a girls hub and arts and crafts.
