The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Sales Completions Coordinator the role will be working within our Investment and Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make a big impact and be a huge part in implementing our future processes.

The base for this position is Basingstoke but we could have some flexibility in our other office in Bristol, this role will involve a blend of office and home working.

As part of the Sales Operations Team, you'll be responsible for progressing sale agreed properties through to completion and managing the day to day relationship with key stakeholders, whilst ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and regular updates.

You'll use your understanding of the sale and purchase journey and problem-solving skills to overcome any challenges encountered with new build plot purchase, shared ownership, leasehold and the general sales market.

You'll be perfectly placed to engage with our customers, manage targets and KPI's to prioritise your caseload accordingly.

What you'll need:

Knowledge of Shared Ownership, Leasehold & New Homes
Experience of the general property sales market
Understanding of the conveyancing process
CRM advantage but not essential
1 year industry experience minimum preferred

This role is ideally suited to individuals who have worked in an Estate Agency based environment and have an understanding and appreciation of the challenges the conveyancing and sales process may bring, however we are flexible on experience and are willing to offer training to the right candidate.
