Summary


Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for a talented and motivated person to work within the clinical effectiveness team to provide leadership to the team.

Create, implement, and manage the Trust's Clinical Effectiveness Programme.

Support staff to improve quality of care through clinical audit and implement nationally agreed guidance and clinical standards/performance indicators.

Develop and review clinical effectiveness policies and procedures, ensure consistency, quality, on time and within budget.

Lead on delivery of clinical effectiveness-specific projects and proficient in using AMaT clinical audit management tool.

Support and advise on implementing and delivering audit and NICE guidance requirements and monitor progress to ensure participation and submission deadlines met/escalated as appropriate.

Your organisational, data analysis, and presentation skills are essential and your knowledge and experience in clinical audit are critical. Your ability to think strategically and analytically will be your strength in successfully managing your role.

Your written skills will be excellent as you will produce clinical effectiveness policies, procedures, and reports for various bodies, including the Executive Management and Audit Committees.

You will have line management skills and experience, and knowledge of the clinical audit cycle and national governance and quality improvement agenda. Your communication skills and experience must be exceptional to inspire and motivate to drive forward initiatives in clinical audit and quality improvement across the Trust.

You will have collaborative and mature relational leadership skills.
