Summary
Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Part-Time Cleaner & Caretaker to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Exmouth, EX8 area.
You must be available to work Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, between the hours of 7-9am AND 3-6pm at £12 per hour.
This is a hands-on cleaning & caretaking position, so cleaning experience & some DIY knowledge is preferred however not essential.
You will be working as part of a team in an educational environment.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen family, you will need to demonstrate diplomacy with fellow staff, customers, and your surroundings.
You must be trustworthy, well-organized flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to Customer/ Site Team
• Follow all COSHH, H/S and colour coding.
• Use of Timegate for Actual pay
• Daily rectification of faults
• Cleaning a mix of areas thoroughly
• Restocking of consumables
• Ensuring site is safe for children to be on
• Carry out any Caretaking responsibilities upon request
