Summary

Be part of a support network for colleagues, tailoring strategies to meet the diverse needs of people at the any stage of their career. This includes networking with internal colleagues involved in retention activities, preceptorship, placements and patient experience. Collaborate with mentees to identify career goals and help create personalised development plans. Provide guidance on educational opportunities, certifications, and advancement within the professional field. Facilitate opportunities for mentees to expand their professional networks. Introduce them to relevant contacts within the healthcare industry and support their participation in conferences, seminars, and networking events. Encourage the adoption of best practices and evidence-based clinical care among mentees. Provide guidance on staying abreast of NHS clinical developments and advancements. Share expertise, insights, and experiences to facilitate the transfer of knowledge, contributing to the professional enrichment of colleagues.
