Summary


To lead and co-ordinate the delivery, development and evaluation of the year one Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Psychosis and Bipolar Disorders (CBTp&b) and Personality Difficulties (CBTpd)



To operationally lead, coordinate and develop the PG Dip SMHP programme and pathway.

To deliver line management and supervision to other engaged in the delivery and evaluation of the SMHP programmes and pathway and to ensure they have the support structures in place to meet their professional accreditation requirements.

Develop and co-ordinate the teaching programme in line with national developments.

Oversee and participate in the teaching and supervision of specialist CBT in liaison with the Director of Adult Programmes.

Maintain and develop the evaluation plan for the SMHP programme and pathway to demonstrate its impact on levels of competency, degree of clinical application of skills and relevance to work settings.
