Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised, self-motivated and innovative professional to join our team as a Recruitment Team Leader to cover a maternity leave for Fixed term 1 year .

You will be working closely with directorate line managers and clinical staff to deliver their workforce recruitment and administrative needs. The successful candidate will need a good experience of using a range of software products and electronic recruitment systems such as TRAC and ESR.

Plus hold good knowledge of Home office visa regulations and their impact on staff right to work , understanding with Sponsorship Management System and COS.

Plus holds substantial experience of manging a team.

This is a great development opportunity and support will be provided.

The role is critical to ensuring a high quality, customer focussed, recruitment service to the Trust.
