Summary
To be alert to issues of safeguarding and child protection, ensuring that the welfare and safety of children attending the pre-school is promoted and safeguarded.
To support & liaise with the Manager on a daily basis, deputise for the Manager and be responsible for the day to day running during the Manager's absence. To work as part of the team ensuring the smooth day to day organisation and operation of the pre-school.
To take an active role in planning using the EYFS. To be a key person for individual children and maintain accurate records on each child.
To work with outside agencies to ensure children's needs are met.
