Job Description:
Being a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care Harrogate means you will be part of a well-established company that has provided high-quality care for over 10 years in Lincolnshire. Our services range from companionship care through personal care and even complex care such as peg or related clinical services.
We are looking for individuals who deliver high-quality care and will work to our values and standards. This role can be challenging, but it is definitely very rewarding.
Your dedication to the role will not go unnoticed, and we aim to provide a career progression environment for our staff. In our family-led company, we believe in enhancing the skills of our employers, especially with two registered nurses who support and train our Care Assistants with clinical care and numerous pieces of training that you can take part in.
Requirements for the role:
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
To be an honest, empathetic, hardworking, and trustworthy individual
Have a right to work within the UK.
Have an excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
Experience is welcome; however not essential as full training is provided.
Working alternative weekends as a part of the working pattern.
