Requirements for the Clinical Lead
- Have a nursing qualification (RGN)
- Have a positive attitude towards improving Standards of Care.
- Possess good, strong leadership skills and works well as part of a team.
- Have a strong personality and the desire to succeed
Duties for the Clinical Lead:
- Oversee all clinical staff
- Staff management- recruitment/ maintaining the team/ appraisals/ training
- Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
The purpose built home is medium sized and provides nursing care to elderly residents with dementia.
