Are you a dedicated nursing professional with a passion for providing exceptional care in a luxury setting? I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager to join a prestigious nursing home near Horam, East Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading team that delivers outstanding care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Home Manager in the overall management and operation of the nursing home.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all residents.
Lead and support the nursing and care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Maintain and improve CQC standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, particularly those with dementia.
Manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate cover and maintaining high standards of care.
Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse with the NMC.
Ideally possess a QCF Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in dementia care.
Strong understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to improving the lives of residents.
