Our client is seeking an extraordinary Veterinary Surgeon to join their small but mighty practice. Specialising in small animals, the practice offers a varied caseload, continuity of cases, and an ideal balance of consultations and surgery. They are located in Leslie, Fife, which is close to Glenrothes and on the edge of the Lomond Hills Regional Park. Edinburgh is only an hour away, and Glasgow is just a little farther. Perth and Dundee are around 30 minutes away too.
Fully equipped to the highest standards, this modern practice features an in-house laboratory, x-ray, ultrasound, blood pressure monitoring, dentistry, and surgical facilities. It is therefore no surprise that our client has been recognised as a gold standard cat-friendly practice by the International Society for Feline Medicine.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care, be confident in their skills, and keen to help the practice grow together. Out of hours are handled by an external company, giving you the chance to enjoy a great work-life balance.
The Rota:
• Full time - 39 hour week
• 4 day week
• 1:3 Saturday mornings
• No OOH
The Benefits:
• Salary £40,000 - £55,000 DOE
• 6 weeks paid holiday including bank holidays
•£1750 CPD Allowance per annum
