Summary

Salary: £26374.80 to £32544 inclusive of shift allowance
Working hours: Week 1: Monday to Thursday 6am to 1:35pm Friday 6am to 12:45pm, week 2 Monday to Thursday 1:25pm to 9:05pm and Friday 12:35pm to 7pm
We are now seeking to recruit Production Operator to work in manufacturing precision environment in Lincoln. This is permanent position and the right production operator you would be responsible for assembly and grinding of engineering products.
Responsibilities:
Assembly/Adjust/Turning/Grinding of ABS product.
Ensuring processed parts conform to drawing.
Ensuring parts are processed in the allowed time.
Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to.
Ensuring all documentation is accurate.
Supporting the area in carrying out alternative tasks as required.
Supporting other team-members as required.
Achieving Production and quality targets.
Expectation:
Previous assembly of machining experienced would be advantageous.
Prepared to follow procedures.
Desirable
NVQ in Engineering manufacture or equivalent / Advanced Modern Apprenticeship
Previous experience of working in an engineering environment.
English Language and Maths to GCSE grade C or above
Computer Literate (ideally with a recognised qualification)
Experience in the use of standard measurement equipment.
Can demonstrate good numeric skills.
