Summary


We are looking for RMN who has experience and passion for working with older adults who have serious mental illness and working with people of any age who have a dementia.

You will also have excellent interpersonal skills to manage and supervise staff effectively. You will be working with a wide range of experienced and friendly professionals providing high quality care with compassion. We offer regular clinical supervision and management supervision.

The Trust (rated Good overall by the CQC and Outstanding for care) has 3,283 staff working in 66 buildings across 33 locations, covering an area of 1,450 square miles.

As this post is based in Dartford the successful applicant will
receive an additional payment each month.

5% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of
£1,192 per year and a maximum payment of £2,011 per year (the agreed annual amount will be divided into 12 equal amounts and paid monthly)

You must have post registration experience including working with older adults and have completed mentorship training to be able to mentor students. You must also be able to support the needs of people diagnosed with dementia, their relatives and carers. This requires excellent communication and liaison skills.

You will need to have a good knowledge of DoLs assessments and safeguarding, and have a working knowledge of CHC checklist and BICCA/FACE assessment knowledge.
