Summary
We are recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner join our team to help meet the demand for places due to the childcare expansion for eligible working parents.
We are full in the nursery until July 2025 and have a waiting list, we are looking for an experienced practitioner to work on a full-time basis you will be joining either our pre-school or baby room team but maybe required to work with other age groups.
• You will be an excellent communicator and team player.
• You must hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and have at least 1 years’ experience of working within a day nursery.
• You must be a supportive colleague, work well within a team and be able to form strong relationships with parent's/carers.
• Candidate's must be proactive, use their own initiative and bring ideas to the team. If you have a flexible approach to childcare and can adapt to the fast pace of nursery daily routine this post may be for you.
• We need confident staff who will be able to lead small group activities and help promote a stimulating nursery environment based around the children's interests.
• As a key worker you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, plan activities and plan next steps to support the children in your care.
Level 3 Early years Practitioner (Full time position 41 Hours per week)

Successful applicants new to a permanent role in Early Years or returning to the sector after 6 months or more could be eligible for a financial incentive after tax and NI of up to £1000.
