Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher (SEN) to join our team at a specialised SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Lowestoft, Suffolk. As a Science Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored education to students with complex needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Science Teacher (SEN) Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Deliver Engaging Science Lessons: Design and deliver engaging Science lessons tailored to SEMH students, ensuring that the curriculum meets their individual needs in Lowestoft, Suffolk.
- Holistic Well-Being: Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the holistic well-being of students, supporting their academic and personal growth.
- Resource Management: Oversee the resources of the Science department, including ordering and controlling materials and other equipment.

Science Teacher (SEN) Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Understanding of outstanding classroom practice.
