Summary
Connex Education is currently working with a Primary school in Bramley,Leeds who requires an outstanding Teaching Assistant to join their Primary Team on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible.

Contract Type: part time, long-term
Position: SEND 1-1 Teaching Assistant
You will be required to support a year 6 pupil with Math and English. Experience of working with children with SEN in education is crucial to this role as you will be supporting with a range of specific learning needs.
The successor of this role would be an experienced Teaching Assistant with strong knowledge of special educational needs. You must be resilient, patient and adaptable as you will be working with vulnerable young people that require a nurturing environment.
Experience/ Requirements:ncluding,
- Level 2 or 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning Qualification
- Minimum of 3 months' work experience in a school setting that can be referenced
- An outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations
- Be resilient, fast thinking and be able to work independently on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis
- Adhere to school policies and procedures and be willing to take lead from senior staff
