Summary

Early Years Teaching Assistant



Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a full time position as an Early Years Teaching Assistant role who holds enthusiasm at a large Primary Academy based in Manchester (M8.) You would be working in a school, rich in cultural diversity, and strive to ensure that all children benefit from inclusive and supportive learning, alongside an experienced Early Years Team.

This position will require you to have previous experience working within an Early Years or Primary School environment. You will be supporting the Early Years Leads with the day to day running of the class, supporting with maths, literacy and phonic activities inline with the Early Years Foundation Stage. As an Early Years TA, you would be working with children whose' first language is not English (EAL) and ensuring that you support the school to ensure that all children, no matter their background, receive an exceptional education.

Role Requirements
- Previous experience working with children.
- Have a current DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for a DBS.
- Be a hard-working, energetic individual.
- Confident to support in managing challenging behaviours.
- A degree, or childcare qualification would serve you well.
- Be available to work 08:30 - 15:45
- Competitive rates of pay - from £84 a day
